1. Introduction

These terms explain how you can use the services offered by Landsketch Studio's ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to follow these rules.

2. Our Services

We offer the following services:
 

  • Structural Drawings

  • Building Architecture

  • Landscape Architecture

  • 3D Modeling and CAD
     

Each project is customized to your needs. We will confirm the project details, timeline, and price in writing before we begin.

3. What We Expect from Clients

As a client, you agree to:
 

  • Provide correct project details (like site info and measurements).

  • Reply to our messages and feedback requests quickly.

  • Pay on time as per the invoice.

  • Get any legal permits or approvals needed for your project.

4. Payments

  • A 20% non-refundable advance payment is required before we start.

  • We’ll begin work after receiving this advance.

  • Remaining payments will follow the agreed project schedule.

  • Invoices must be paid within 2 days.

  • Late payments may be charged a fee of 5%.

  • We may pause work if payments are not made on time.

5. Revisions and Changes

  • Small changes are included as outlined in the project scope.

  • Bigger or extra changes may cost more.

  • Any updates to the timeline or final output must be agreed upon in writing.

6. Ownership and Copyright

  • We own all designs until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, the final files are yours to use as agreed.

  • We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

  • We’re not responsible for any indirect or accidental losses caused by using our services.

  • Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Privacy

  • We will keep your project details private and only share them if required by law or if you agree.

9. Ending the Project

  • Either you or we can stop the project with written notice.

  • You’ll be charged for the work completed up to that point.

  • The 20% advance is non-refundable once the work starts.
